Most people have some degree of gluten sensitivityWith a healthy digestive track and strong immune system, our body is designed to tolerate and eliminate small quantities of gluten. However, the use of some medications, over-the-counter pain relievers like aspirin, and the Standard American Diet can irritate the intestinal lining and damage it, creating gaps in the intestinal walls which allow toxins such as gluten to pass into the bloodstream.  Learn about ways to replace gluten with naturally healthy foods to reduce inflammation and gluten sensitivity.
